This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in the sunbelt area of the Monterey Peninsula. It is centrally located near all of the world renowned tourist destinations the area has to offer, including the Laguna Seca Raceway, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley wineries and Pebble Beach. Big Sur is just 45 minutes south along the beautiful Highway 1 coastline.

After a day of exploring the Peninsula come to a home where you can put your feet up and create memories with your family and friends!

This home comfortably accommodates six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The kitchen/dining room has an open concept with French doors that open to a patio area that is perfect to enjoy an evening cocktail and outdoor dining. The Monterey Airport, groceries, fuel and restaurants are minutes away.

Jeannette and Frank are such gracious hosts--they made us feel so welcome! Their thoughtfulness, along with their lovely, quiet, comfortable, tasteful (and perfectly located) home and yard, made this our favorite VRBO rental ever! I'd love to visit again. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at this property! Beautiful neighborhood, short distance to Monterey and Carmel. Cute backyard/patio to enjoy the perfect weather. Great stay in the Monterey area! We had a small group of 3 that were in the area for work. The property was everything we needed; location, size, feature, cleanliness, etc, etc. The hosts also were at the top of their game with communication! We'll likely stay here again in the future!

Awesome experience!

Very convenient location. Great communication with owners. Cute neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The fresh flowers, wine, and snacks were a lovely surprise upon arriving. We loved the private patio with twinkle lights. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and a very informative welcome manual. We’ve stayed at many vacation houses over the years, and this one is by far the best.

3 Greenock was home away from home

Thank you, Frank and Jeannette! Our vacation to Monterey wouldn’t have been so wonderful if we didn’t have such a clean, quiet, cozy, and perfectly situated home to return to. They are very thoughtful hosts and tried to think of everything you may need. We, including my 4 year-old, were wanting for nothing. Everything was easy and clear regarding communication. Great home. Great location.

The home, location and host are great. Home is clean and exactly as pictured. Centrally located. Host is very responsive. We arrived to wine for the adults and snacks and a craft project for our children. Will definitely look to stay at this property for future stays.

We have lived in this home for the past 27 years and have raised our kids here. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The home is close to everything the Peninsula offers. Please check out our welcome book for our recommendations on local restaurants and activities you might enjoy.
This is not a full time rental, it is our home. We rent the home out when we are traveling and enjoying our new retirement lifestyle. We are excited to share our home with you!
