Amazing property and host. Perfect for long-term stay

Had everything we wanted, and more. Beautiful back yard with large pool and tiki hut (with fire table). Gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen. Master bathroom was also very nice. Super quiet at night (good for sleeping). Pool table and ping pong in garage. And nice bikes. Melissa was a super super host! She responded immediately to my questions, and quickly resolved a couple of issues we had. Thank you for a fabulous six weeks Melissa!

Relaxing stay in Cape Coral

Great communication from owner from well before day one of our stay! Owner answer all of oir questions quickly. Owner was very nice to let us check in early in the morning due to our flight times being moved up. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and pool area is very relaxing and private. The inside of the house was clean and updated. Mattresses were comfortable. Appliances are all practically new. No problems whatsoever with the house itself! We would stay again if we ever return to Cape Coral.

Clean, fully stocked & easy location

Home was perfect for a long weekend of Baseball with teen boys. Cooked 1 night, used the Laundry & cooled down in the pool! The property matched the pictures & several restaurants within a couple of miles.
