This tiny home was absolutely adorable! Perfect for our stay to visit Magnolia. Had everything you needed. Furniture was comfortable and the decor made you feel like you were in a chic apartment. Check in was super easy and host was very accommodating. We'd stay here again!
Can’t say enough about how great this place is. The wife and I spent our time here for the 2nd time and enjoyed it so. Great location, easy access to everything in Waco. Has everything you need for a good nights rest.
This was such a cute, convenient, surprisingly cheap homey house! What you see is what you get. It was surprisingly roomy, for being a small studio-esk place. The location was away from craziness, but conveniently close to many things (Magnolia or not). Next to it is another VRBO, almost sharing a driveway, so just be aware if you’re not really a people person, in case you have close neighbors. The hosts replied fast to any messages I had sent, but they were nothing over issues. (Just about me running late or letting them know I was having someone over but no overnight stays.)No problems or things to note, really. I’d recommend if you’re in for a short trip or alone and don’t need a huge place to stay.
We were able to drop our luggage off early and appreciated that very much. Everything was clean and as advertised. Communication was very good. The bed was a little small for two people, but my daughter slept on the couch, which was long and wide. She said it was very comfortable.
My niece and I stayed at this tiny house for a weekend trip to Waco! The house is an adorable studio and although tiny, it was very comfortable. We loved all of the designer elements including the TX/Southwest themed decor. Just a short drive into Waco to visit the Dr. Pepper Museum, the Silos, etc. Meryl is a gracious host and communicative. We loved staying in this home!
This place was immaculately clean! It was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. Super cute design/ decor! Left me wondering if it was decorated by Chip and Joanna! Lol :)
Perfect place! Pictures are 100% accurate. The place is immaculate and such a convenient location to visit places in Waco without being in the middle of town. The hosts are amazing and so kind and helpful.
Enjoyed your charming and cozy Tiny House for my birthday get-away. Quiet location and short distance from all the activities at Magnolia Table and Market, Baylor, and Brazos River.
This tiny home was the perfect place to book for a quick weekend in town for a wedding. The host was so helpful and easy to get a hold of and the space itself was set up so thoughtfully. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Waco!
The house was comfy overall. The couch was a bit hard to get out of as it was low and soft. The heater made weird noises all night and I wished I had brought my white noise machine. But once I got used to it all- it was great! I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to everything.
The tiny house was great for my temporary living while starting a new job away from my family. A lot of details were thought about. The listing is very accurate so you know exactly what you are getting. The area is very quiet. Great place!
It is small but comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay!

Hi, I'm Meryl! I live in Robinson, TX - just outside of Downtown Waco. I am originally from Grapevine, TX and have lived in this great state my whole life. My fiancé Andrew, (co-host) works for the Fire Department and I am a stay at home mom to our two year old son. I also love redoing furniture, anything DIY, and find joy in thrifting and showing how to design on a dime! We both love traveling, being outdoors, and are always looking for our next adventure. We would love to host your next VRBO stay :)
