Comfortable vacation home with pool and children's play area near the royal town of Biograd, where you can expect beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and various summer events. The nearest beach is a sandy beach where you can enjoy pleasant swimming in the sea. The domicile is spread over three floors and in the attic the roof slope goes up to about 170 cm. The interior with a total of eight air-conditioned, consists of five bedrooms, four of which are air-conditioned, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a living room and an open terrace overlooking the refreshing pool, the playground and the sea.
