In the heart of the village of La Canourgue "La petite Venise Lozérienne" and at the bend of the medieval streets, you will appreciate this pretty bright house completely renovated, close to all amenities and adapted for the best of life 🥾🚴🎣🏃. At the gateway to the gorges of the Tarn and Aubrac, our house invites you to relax and discover sports and/or culture.
Bright house, rated 3 stars, on 3 levels, and nestled in the heart of the historic centre in the castle district:
-stairs lead to the 1st level which offers two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 in each), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate toilets.
-on the second level, you will appreciate the living room-equipped kitchen of about 23 m2 giving access to a beautiful terrace (21m2), facing south.
-the third and last level, semi-open, is equipped with two beds (80x200), an office and can be converted, according to your convenience, into a bedroom, office, reading area or TV area. This space is perfect for children/teenagers wishing to enjoy relative independence on the top floor of the house.
