Just as expected!

House was in a good location and the neighbors were nice. Lots of open space with a cool area to hang outside. The host was very accommodating to our needs, which was appreciated. Would rent again!

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and well stocked with pillows, linens, towels (including beach towels), dinnerware, utensils and cooking necessities. There were also some condiments, which was handy. Having 2 bathrooms wad a plus. Beach passes were not included, which I'm sure I read somewhere. The owner explained that the town won't allow their use for guests, but that item should be removed from the description. Also, the BBQ grill is a charcoal grill, not gas. I wish we knew that. But all in all we loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. The property is about a mile from beaches, near Mystic, lots for kids to do. The owner responded quickly to my questions. A great place to stay.
