About this property

Cozy cottage (Finnhaus) with garden in a beautiful landscape with Wi-Fi

The house is furnished with love and taste and is located in a 650 sqm large, beautifully landscaped garden on our private road with garage. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room (40 m²) with open fireplace, bathroom with bath, guest toilet, kitchen. Two large terraces in front and behind the house with stunning views allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. In the 1. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one double and two single), a bathroom with shower and toilet. The pitched roof of the house is comfortably furnished and especially liked by children. Dogs are welcome.

- Cleaning fee 50 €. The costs of the final cleaning are to be charged with the housekeeping on site

- When using linen and bed linen fall per bed set 5 €, and per other laundry 0.5 €

- Per adult person and day the local tourist tax is still charged

Das Haus in Afritz am See hat uns (Familie mit drei Teenager-Kindern) gut gefallen. Die Lage abseits der Hauptstraße ist ruhig und es war schön, auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die Natur zu frühstücken oder zu sitzen, wenn man nicht gerade unterwegs ist.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt über eine große Menge an Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen etc. und zudem einen guten Fernseher - auch wenn dieser nicht ganz optimal steht, so dass man ihn nicht von jedem Platz der Couchecke gut sieht ... aber man fährt ja nicht zum Fernsehen in den Urlaub.Dass es in Afritz einen Billa-Supermarkt gibt, der auch sonn- und feiertags öffnet, ist hilfreich für Einkäufe, der Ort ist aber auch eine gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge (mit dem Auto) zu weiteren schönen Plätzen wie dem Ossiacher See, Faaker See oder Wörthersee zum Baden, Bergbahnen wie in Bad Kleinkirchheim oder zur Gerlitzer Alpe, Wildparks, der Stadt Villach oder auch an deren Rand der Burg Landskron mit dem Affenberg und der Adler-Arena. Natürlich kann man auch im Afritzer See selbst baden, oder lecker im Fischerhof Glinzner am See essen (weit mehr als Fisch).Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Sitran war immer einfach, er hat stets schnell und freundlich auf unsere wenigen Fragen geantwortet - danke hierfür!Die einzigen Minuspunkte für das Haus sind die stark knarzenden Dielen der Obergeschosse und die Hellhörigkeit, aber hiermit kann man sich gut arrangieren und dies hat unseren schönen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Ruhe und Natur

Meine Schwester (81) aus Kanada und ich (84), beide noch ohne Rollator, haben die 4 Wochen mit Ausflügen (Auto empfiehlt sich ) in die weitere Umgebung ( Klagenfurt, Vittal, Villach ),aber auch nicht zu anstrengende Wanderungen in die nahe gelegene Bergwelt einfach nur genossen. Der Ort Afritz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 700 Meter Entfernung ( Billa )und ansprechender Gastronomie (Ferienobjekt am Afritzer See) ist touristisch nicht überlaufen. Das Finnhaus liegt auf 750 Meter Höhe in einer Anlage von ca.10 Häusern gleicher Bauart von Anfang der 70er Jahre. Große Grundstücke sichern Ruhe und Ungestörtheit.Das Haus selbst ist eine reizvolle Kombination aus künstlerischem Ambiente des Voreigentümers mit modernen Elementen ( Heizung, vollausgestatteter Küchentechnik u.a.)des jetzigen Eigentümers. Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist vorhanden.4 - 6 Personen möglich ( 3 Etagen ).Uns hat es echt super gefallen - einfach topp !

Schönes Häuschen in toller Lage

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem kleinen Hexenhäuschen verbracht.Ein wahres Raumwunder mit ausreichend Platz und allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Ausflüge zum nahegelegenen Afritzer See sind direkt vom Haus aus ohne Auto möglich.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Vielen Dank an Herrn Sitran.

Sehr schöner Skiurlaub

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der offene Kamin macht die Abende sehr gemütlich. Die Entfernung zum Skigebiet war 15 Minuten. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Lg Dirk und Tanja

Sfeervol ingericht huisje. Wij vonden het mooier dan op de foto’s. Lekkere bedden, veel servies aanwezig en eigenlijk alles wat je zou kunnen gebruiken in de keuken. De buurman die hout voor de haard komt brengen met zijn trekker. Allemaal top! Wij begrepen het verwarmingssysteem niet helemaal maar de eigenaar was goed bereikbaar en heeft goed geholpen. Alleen de douchekop boven bleef niet goed hangen maar beneden is ook een heerlijke badkamer met ligbad.

Winterurlaub

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Skizentrum Bad Kleinkirchheim ist eine Viertelstunde von Afritz am See entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es ist urig und die Abende am Kamin gemütlich. Das einzig unangenehme war das Parken am Haus, denn der Parkplatz war auf Grund von Eis und Schnee nicht zu nutzen. Wir haben dann den Parkplatz vom Nachbarn genutzt, der momentan nicht vor Ort war. Fazit, ein schönes, gemütliches Haus, auch im Winter zu empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub in gemütlichem Haus mit super Terrasse

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Kommunikation mit dem überaus freundlichen Eigentümer Herr Sitran war hervorragend. Der See in Afritz ist ein echter Tipp - Urlaub wie er sein soll!
