Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im sehr schön gelegenen Asenham ca. 6 km von Bad Birnbach entfernt. Zur Rottal Therme und zum Golfplatz Bella Vista sind es ca. 6 km. Auch das nahegelegene Golfzentrum Bad Griesbach ist nur etwa 12km entfernt und in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Ihr "Urlaubsdomizil mit dem besonderen Ambiente" ist modern und äußerst komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Appartement bietet auf 29qm viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
