Es verfügt über einen überdachten Balkon, hauseigene Parkplätze, einer Fußbodenheizung und einer Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Nammering im herrlichen Dreiburgenland (Fürstenstein - Engelburg - Saldenburg) 25 Km nördlich von der Dreiflüssestadt Passau mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Herrliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Bayerischen - Wald, nach Österreich aber auch nach Tschechien sorgen für ein abwechslungsreiches Programm und lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. In der näheren Umgebung von max. 6 Km befinden sich: - Bahntrassen - Fahrradweg - Museumsdorf Bayerischer - Wald - Kurbad - Sonnentherme Eging am See - Dreiburgensee in Rothau/ Tittling - Rohrbachstausee in Eging am See - Mehrere Freibäder und Hallenbäder - Pullmann City die lebende Westernstadt in Eging am See.

Sehr schön

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche. Die Ferienwohnung 1 im Dachgeschoss bietet alles was man braucht. Lediglich mit den Dachschrägen hatten wir öfters Kontakt:-). Auch sind sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Passau ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt.
