Das Appartement (30qm) ist komplett rollstuhlgerecht und barrierefrei, die Dusche im Bad ist befahrbar. Es gibt einen Wohn-Schlafraum, ein Badezimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke und ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion. Das Appartement verfügt über eine Terrasse und einen Gartenbereich, welcher über eine Umzäunung verfügt, daher auch für vierbeinige Gäste geeignet. Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm sind auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Frühstück und Halbpension können jedoch auch im anliegenden Restaurant dazu gebucht werden.
