Simple fabulous!

In a word FABULOUS! That’s how we describe Villa Deluxe. Six people stayed here for a birthday celebration( family and friends). The staff was exceptional. They attended to everyone’s needs and were always courteous and professional. Excellent meals were provided and everything was well prepared. We would definitely book with them again and again!

We loved our stay. Chef Kim was amazing. Abby the house manager made sure our stay was comfortable. Avery had the drinks on point and Annmarie made sure our villa and clothes were clean. The staff was hospitable to our guests and my children had a smile on their faces everyday.

By a unanimous family vote, this was hands down the best vacation we’ve ever taken.Our family of eight—seven adults and my special-needs teenage daughter had an amazing time and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Communication with the villa manager, Neisha, was outstanding even before arrival. She reassured us the villa was fully operational, equipped with a full generator and Starlink Wi-Fi following Hurricane Melissa. The villa was immaculate—everything ran flawlessly.Neisha also walked me through amenity options, from customized menus, to airport transfers, car service, excursions, and in-villa spa services. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.From airport pickup to arrival with Leon, we were treated like royalty—and welcomed with cool towels and rum punch. The staff was truly top tier. Davion, our butler, provided next-level service, and our chef, Valroy, delivered Michelin-worthy meals every day—especially the oxtails, curry chicken, and goat. Ann Marie kept the villa spotless.Most meaningful was the genuine care shown to my daughter. The staff was patient, loving, and attentive, making her feel safe and happy—which meant everything to me.New Year’s Eve was unforgettable with a four-course dinner, a surprise live singer, celebration, karaoke, and bartending. Absolutely stunning property! The staff was immaculate! Leon, the best manager ever, was accommodating and flexible as our plans changed constantly. He never made us feel like we were a bother. Chef Kim made mouth-watering food all weekend long. Her desserts were wonderfully delicious, especially the banana bread. Orion was the best, always on hand to assist and Annmarie was always so pleasant. There was no other place I would have wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday than Villa De-Lux Paradise. I will definitely be staying at the property again in the future.

8 Days of Heaven

We stayed at the property as a group of 7 including 4 & 6 year old girls.From booking the property, the contact with the host was first class and put our mind at ease. Upon arrival we had a beautiful meal prepared for us by Chef Dean which was a sign of things to come.Throughout our stay, the butler, Raheem, aka Jamo was there for our every need. Whether it be organizing our access to the beach or creating wonderful experiences at the property, he simply was brilliant.Ann-Marie the housekeeper, takes a great deal of pride in her work. She always felt in tune with our routine.The property is beautiful but is the staff that really bring the experience to life. This really was a family holiday of a lifetime and we will undoubtedly return within a year, probably the summer in the truth. One night, Ms Nelson even organized an entertainer to come to the house and sing before dinner. As a musical family, this was really special for us and we all got involved including the kids!Thanks again to all of you who made our stay so wonderful, love the Walders!

Family Trip

We all enjoyed the trip as an extended family (myself, fiancé', two children 7F, 3M, my mother and the children's nanny). The home is beautiful .The check in process was amazingly easy. We did fly into Kingston and the home arranged for our pick up and drop off from the airport (about 2 hours away). It would have been easier to fly into Ochos Rios but we had booked our flights much more in advance of choosing the house. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The children loved the pool and stayed out there for almost the entirety of the trip. The food was delicious! The butler kept the drinks flowing as well. The beach club is a drive away from the house (so you will need transportation there) but was beautiful and had lots to do. We spent the whole day there easily. I would say bring LOTS of cash or order your groceries before your trip. We did have a mix up about that part, but it was remedied easily. Would definitely return

DeLuxe Experience !

Words cannot describe my stay at DeLuxe. DeLuxe was one of three villas I was researching and I’m happy we chose this villa. I read all the reviews and the negative review stuck out, please do not believe all negative reviews. The staff was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond for us the entire weekend. We decided to use the chef services and we were extremely happy that we did . We paid up front for groceries and at the end of stay we were provided with a detailed receipt and refund because we didn’t consume as much as we thought. So please don’t be afraid to spoil yourself and did I mention the meals were delicious. Host communicated the entire time and even gave me a welcome call ! We had the all inclusive resort experience tailored just for us ! From Chef Kim’s meals to Hughes’ drinks, everything was perfect. Our massages was arranged by the host and we needed a driver last minute for our excursion day and Leon took on the job and made sure our day was not ruined. I can go on and on but this review would be too long. So just book. You won’t regret it !

If I could leave this Villa 1000 stars⭐️ I would!! Everything was SO amazing!!! First off the pics online does no justice to how beautiful the home actually looks inside & out! It has breathtaking views! Service was SPECTACULAR! I felt like a total VIP celebrity bringing in my 40th B’Day! All of the staff was so attentive, welcoming, & catering! Leon was like our own little bodyguard, Transporter & cool friend- He stayed with us every step of the way making sure we were safe & went to ALL of the hotspots in the city. Kim is like the best cook in the world! Every dish she made was so DELICIOUS! Jermaine made sure the drinks were flowing & kept the party going! Mari was so attentive making sure our room was beautiful & clean each day! Nesha checked in with me regularly to ensure we were all having a great experience! She made me feel like a star through this whole vacation and I can’t thank each of them enough for making this Monumental Birthday so special for me! I can go own & own! I will never forget it & never will forget them. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Jamaica. Don’t hesitate to Book this place you won’t regret it!!

Christmas to Remember!

Where to begin.... hands down one of the top three vacations of my life and it began with the hostess. She did an excellent job proactively communicating with us prior to our arrival, to make sure we had a custom experience. This included our first meals, transportation and excursions.We were greeted like royalty and that treatment remained through the entirety of our week long stay. The place was perfect in size for the seven of us, with all the standard amenities working flawlessly. Pool was initially chilly, but the heater easily resolved that. Raheem, the butler, was fantastic all around. He addressed all of our needs promptly and with a smile. (And his Rum punch was perfect)Ann Marie, the wonderful maid kept the place impeccable.However, the food may have been the best highlight of a trip full of highlights. Chef Dean's dishes were delectable. The house menu is expansive, but keep in mind, he is a chef, so he can make pretty much anything, just make sure to provide them the grocery list. If I had to provide any "pointers", I'd say the grocery shopping can be a process for the staff, so be sure to provide them with the proper lead time. Also, there is a charge for laundry after the first load or two. I completely understand why, but good to keep in mind and plan accordingly.Again, fabulous time and would highly recommend. I'm hoping I can find an opportunity to return. Five Stars all around!P.S. Take advantage of the karaoke service... it was a blast!

BEST EXPERIENCE!

I'm literally still in AWE about my experience at Villa De-luxe Paradise. The staff was warm and welcoming, they greeted me and my group with rum punch and cold towels upon arrival. The villa landscaping and view is absolutely beautiful the pics online doesn't do it any justice!! I was celebrating my 25th anniversary and my husband birthday so this was super important to me. I wanted to celebrate with a beautiful romanic dinner and the Chartered yacht they offer. I contacted the host as I was very concerned about the negative review from a previous guest that have me contemplating about booking. I spoke to her and she assured me that I would not regret booking with her and that situation with the previous guest was very unfortunate. She assured me that's not the service offered at the villa. I decided to trust my gut because she makes me feel very comfortable with asking my many many questions I had prior to booking...😂 I'm so happy i trusted my intuition.I was blown away by the service and how they make us feel at home almost immediately. The table was beautifully decorated, staff was so attentive and the chef was one of the best ,the food was delicious. We enjoyed everything she cooked. The service we received was Top- tier!! The crew on the yacht is also great. The host gave us a Complimentary birthday cake on the yacht to help us celebrate my husband's birthday. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable about the area and gave us alot of recommendations. I decided to be very detailed with my review because I know others might have the same apprehension I had prior to booking. If you're thinking of booking this property do not hesitate. We had the best time ever with no issues at all everything was working correctly and exactly how I hope it would be for a great vacation!! BEAUTIFUL HOME WORST EXPERIENCE

I will start by saying, I am an avid traveler. I have rented homes across the Caribbean/Mexico and this by far was my worst experience EVER! I would never stay here again. Let's start with the good things. 1) Beautiful home / well maintained / clean 2) Our butler (Jermain) and our housekeeper (Ann Marie) were fantastic. 3) The communication with the property manager was superb until our last day. *More on this later* The property itself is a bit far from the airport so keep that in mind when booking. It's 30/45 mins (min) to get anywhere. Here's the bad 1) The food costs was not included but I knew that prior to arrival. I worked with the Chef to carefully plan our meals and even after that, we did not receive any of the deserts we asked for and thought we paid for. In addition, the receipts provided to us appeared forged. I am not going to tell you how much we paid (separate) for the food. It was astronomical and there was no way to verify those costs. I am 100% sure they were inflated. 2) We did not enjoy our meals and the Chef was not very hospitable. I was really disappointed for their lack of not trying to accommodate us, especially given the money we paid for this stay. We were celebrating a birthday and this was an important trip for us. 3) Transportation - nightmare. We used a third party (recommended by our host) and boy what a nightmare. We agreed prior to our visit on costs. At the end, the transportation company tried to raise the rates. Even when I provided a screenshot of our agreement (I work in contracts so I save everything, lol), it still wasn't sufficient. Needless to say, we finally settled on the agreed amount but was spoken too very nasty. 4) Poor water pressure // lack of hot water. This was during the entire stay. 5) Poor internet connectively. We are all professionals and attempted to log in a few times but could not. If you need to work during your stay, the internet will be a problem for you. Lastly....Check out was the absolute worst. For whatever reason, CashApp was not working during our time there. All five of us have CashApp but was unable to access it. To close out my tab (food & transportation), I suggested Zelle. I proceeded with Zelle but apparently Zelle can hold the money for us to 24 hrs. I sent payment confirmation screenshots but that wasn't good enough as they hounded me phone call after phone call. You can find better service / closer. I will never stay here again.

Hi Shawn it's very unfortunate that you consider your experience with us the "worst" I've being in contact with you throughout your entire stay following -up to ensure our service meets your expectation and you told me YES and that your having fantastic time until the day of CHECK OUT. Firstly, Our listed clearly states that we are 45mins from Montego Bay international Airport. As per our listing we ask all our guest to budget an additional $ 60-65 per person per day for food which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Our chef reach out to you and help you planned your menu. The food budget that you give the chef was $ 600.00 for 3 days / 5 person. Your food budget should've been (5×3 × $65 per day = $ 975) Your food bill was actually $696 for your entire length of stay which includes your birthday cake, banana cream pie, Devon house ice all the DESSERTS YOU REQUESTED AND EAT) You stating that your food bill was " astronomical" this is absolutely FALSE!!We presented you with copy of all your bills from the supermarket you and the butler reviewed your bill and you agreed on payment with no issues. A credit cards link was sent to your email by the supermarket which you PAID. If you had a issued with the bill why did you wait to leave a review before you mentioned that you had any issues with your bill ? In fact the chef worked very closely with you and your bill because you expressed to the chef that you had a very small food budget for trip prior to arrival. Your budget was only $600 what astronomical bill you're referring to? I checked in on you regularly during your stay to ensure our service continues to meets your expectations as I do with all our guest. NOT once did you mention you were having internet or hot water issues. infact you told me where having a great time. Our guest comfort is paramount to us . Therefore, we will never operates our villa with a non -working internet or hot water. We had multiple guest before you and we never had such complaint from our previous guest. Secondly, I can honestly say the day of checkout was very uncomfortable for both staff and guest. As per villa policy guest should finalize all outstanding bills 1 day before checkout but you decided not to finalize your bill until the day of checkout. The day of check out the butler asked you to finalize your bill again and you told him you wanted to go the pool first and than pay. You went to the pool and waited until 10:00am when your checkout is at 11:00am to send a 24hrs pending Zelle payment to settled all your outstanding bills. The screenshot you sent say the payment was pending for 24hrs and won't finalize until after you leave the villa. UNFORTUNATELY, we cannot accept payments after a guest checkout. We have a 3rd party driver that work with us pick up all our guest from the airport and take them on excursion and we have never have a issues with driver. The driver contacted and you agreed prior to arrival a payment link was sent to you before arrival and you told the driver you will bring CASH and paid. When you get to Jamaica no one in your group had CASH to pay. The driver bring you and your group to 3 ATM, none of the 5 person from your group card was working, no Cash App works. The driver trying to contact you on multiple occasions and you refused to response to him about his payments. All this is after the driver already completed all your excursions and 2 airport transfers prior to you leaving.

Neisha's place is spectacular. Her attention to every little detail is unbelievable. The staff, the food the ambiance rates ten out of ten. The property is beautiful I can't wait to come back. The beach only five down the road is lovely. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Villa stay Discovery

This property is so BEAUTIFUL. This villa is amazing! The staff were so warm, friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Chef Kim never disappointed with her carefully curated meals and we enjoyed everything that was created. I wish I could rate this house a zillion times… it was a newer property so we were a little nervous. But this The house is just beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We do not have one bad word to say! We cannot wait to go back! Thank your for giving us one of our best vacations ever!!!
