The semi-detached house is modern, comfortable and cozy. The rooms are spread over two floors. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace with the whole family. The glass bay window provides brightness and a light-flooded room.

On the terrace you will find a beach chair, which invites you to relax.

In the immediate vicinity of the house is a children's playground. Shopping, bakery and restaurants are also within walking distance. For excursions Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven are in the immediate vicinity.
