Accommodates six people, with two queen beds and two twin beds, with the side room's extendable bed converting to a full size. Three soft, comfortable couches, this seating comfortably accommodates six. Indoor dining: 4 guests, outdoor dining: 6 guests, with soft lights.

Each of the three main rooms features a large TV, while the room with twin beds includes a smaller TV. All appliances are in good condition. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom vanity.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will find the key in the lock box in the back, the code is 9090
There is currently no outside shower, there is a water hose in an enclosed yard where you can rinse sand off before the shower.
Beach tags are your responsibility.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No underage drinking.
Biking at your own risk, helmet your responsibility
All outdoor throw pillows must be put in storage boxes boxed, and umbrellas secured before leaving.

This property was nice but the level of service here was the most disappointing experience that I’ve had in renting from VRBO. We arrived and realized that there were no sheets or towels, little toilet paper, paper towels. This should have been noted on the amenities list. I had to go out to Walmart to buy sheets for the beds towels for the shower, etc. The kitchen. It was very sparse. There was no toaster, there was very little in the way of dishes and in fact there were zero plates or wine glasses. When I reached out to the owner with my concerns, I never received any reply. Very disappointing experience

Observations & Nature: Watch the ocean (colors, waves, boats), wildlife (seagulls, sandpipers, terns, osprey, pelicans, dolphins, crabs), admire protected dunes, appreciate changing light (sunrises/sunsets).
Activities (Active): Walk/jog, swim (lifeguard-protected areas), surf/boogie board, fly a kite.
