Great location, large house, don’t expect movie area to be functional

This house was great location in a safe nice area. Plenty of room for large family. It was clean, pool was great to have. My only issue was that we chose this house because of the movie theatre area only to find that it didn’t work. I let property manager know and they told me they would come fix it but never did. They told me the manager was “too busy”. We had to buy batteries to put in tv remotes to get tvs to work. 2 Tvs in bedrooms still didn’t work, there was a box but no way to turn it on. Pool table is broken and almost unplayable. At first just thought it was holes in pockets but later found it was in level and one leg is about to collapse. So be careful around it, could be dangerous around small children. These could be easy fixes if manager would take care of it. For what you are paying I expect what is in the photos to be functional. I understand things break, but telling me they would come fix it and then never come is what irritated me. The house is beautiful and in a great area and we had a great time. I just want future renters to be aware. If interested I would ask if these repairs have been made. Makes the ideal house if so.

Stay Was Cut Short Due To Issues…

I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt it necessary for future guest. I communicated all of these issues on my first night of my stay. The company was very responsive and did refund a portion of my stay based on these issues. - [ ] The blinds going outside to the patio only have approximately 50% of the blinds-the other 50% are missing. - [ ] There was an obviously broken decorative bowl in the Main living room on the tv stand - [ ] It appears that there was supposed to be a tv box of some sort for the living room…it’s missing - [ ] The projector upstairs doesn’t appear to work - [ ] Most of the remotes controls upstairs have no backs and a lot of them didn’t have batteries - [ ] The pool table looks to need repair. The legs are very wobbly and could fall down and hurt someone. - [ ] The foosball table is missing a bunch of the protective stops. - [ ] The hot water in the middle bathroom doesn’t appear to be working. - [ ] The knob on the washing machine was broken - [ ] The bathroom sink in the middle bathroom was stopped up - [ ] There were multiple stains on the carpet on the stairs and throughout upstairs-this carpet is in bad need of replacement. - [ ] The couch downstairs needs a deep clean in the cushions - [ ] The curtains in the living room have some sort of green paint or dye on it - There was no garbage can and no instructions as to where to put the garbage bags once they were filled. Didn’t want to be “nit picky” but this was my experience and I wouldn’t stay at this house again.

Orlando Vacation

The house was huge, much larger than it seemed in pictures. The kids had a great time in the pool and in the upstairs game room. The owners were very responsive to our questions when we got to the house. Would recommend for families coming to Orlando.
