I'm a Beloit native and have loved watching the evolution of my hometown! Beloit truly has a hometown feel with many big-city amenities. A thriving downtown with top-notch restaurants, bars, and shopping; a beautiful riverfront offering seasonal, family-friendly activities such as live music and dancing, movies, art and walking paths; the new ABC Supply Stadium hosting the Beloit Skycarp minor league team; as well as nearby golf, historical sites and museums. It's a great place to live and visit!
Why they chose this property
This duplex is in a great location central to the interstate, shopping, downtown and the riverfront. A super cute, newly remodeled kitchen offers all the amenities. Everything you need in one place! The neighborhood is tree-filled and quiet even though it's off a main road.
