Wonderful updated luxury first floor flat with golf views in Shipyard. Spectacular layout with open kitchen, quartz counter tops, luxury vinyl plank floors and deck overlooking the golf course in Shipyard. Master Suite has walk in shower and brand new furniture with views out to the golf course. Master bedroom has king bed and full size pull out bed for kids and family. Guest room has two twin beds with access to brand new updated bathroom. Living room is decorated nicely for everyone to relax and watch movies, cook dinner or read a book after a wonderful day at the beach or pool. Covered front and back porch to enjoy the golf views. Evian has free tennis courts, large outdoor swimming pool and huge lagoon to fish in. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and easy beach access that you can bike, walk or drive to.

Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy right at your back door. Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities are located in Shipyard right next door to the Sonesta Hotel. You can have a wonderful dinner or enjoy the bar at the Sonesta also. Shipyard has free parking at the Shipyard Beach Club only minutes away. Miles of shaded bike paths allow you to get some exercise too. Shipyard is located near Coligny Shops and Restaurants and the new Town of Hilton Head park with giant Pirate Ship playground.

Family vacation

We had such an awesome experience at this condo. Great location, very clean, all the kitchen amenities you could ever need, perfect layout for us and our 2 young boys (2yo & 4yo). 5 minute walk to the pool & 5 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Amazing location but the house needs work

The location was fantastic, the complex was great, restaurants, shops and beach are all less than a 15 minute bike ride. The house however needs work. The front door is covered in bugs, in the entry way the large wall vent is coated in “dust”. Large very old spider webs in both bedrooms. Hair in the bathrooms, mild on the shower curtains. Mold on the ceiling of the ensuite bathroom. Mold on the rug in the outside patio area. We did call and were told that if we really wanted the cleaners sent again they would send them, not we are sending the cleaners. Honestly it was easier to just try to clean it ourselves the best we could and not use the outdoor space at all. Overall we loved HH and will be back but not to this property.

Beautiful, restful space.

This was a lovely, clean and spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood. A 10 min, pleasant bike ride to the beach and a two minute walk to the pool. Property is well cared for and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again. Not far from great restaurants. Thanks for everything!
