Could not access the apartment

The owner did not send an entry code on the day of arrival. Called numerous times, and only got a response after I canceled, 2 hours after check-in. VRBO declined my refund request, even though they called 3 times and got no response. lost a large amount of money with no way to get a refund.

Everything was amazing from checkin to comfort of beds to spaciousness of the place. Wendy was very responsive to any questions we had. Truly enjoyed our stay. Suggestion: bigger coffee cups

Classic Chicago

The property was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. It was an easy Uber to downtown or the United Center for concerts. So much better than a hotel be because we had our own private space. The kitchen and dining space made it easy to have our food delivered and cook instead of eating out the entire trip. Wendy was quick to answer any questions and assist with any needs. We will be back!
