A spacious apartment for 4-6 people in the Renaissance manor house Üselitz on Rügen. Gut Üselitz is a listed mansion from the 16th Century. The house is located in the middle of a listed park. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

All photos in this synopsis were taken on the estate itself.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the manor house and is approximately 110 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All windows overlook the estate park and the surrounding water landscape.

The apartment is only available to you as tenants. In addition, the entire estate can be used by tenants of the seven apartments for walks and picnics.

Herzliches Anwesen mit sehr geschmackvollem Herrenhaus

Es ist ein großes Vergnügen, in diesem hochherrschaftlichen Anwesen zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Es ist ein herrliches Areal mit riesigen großen Bäumen, Seen und großzügigem Haus. Die Salons lassen in Träumen schwelgen.

Absolute Ruhe

Tolle Ferienwohnung in altem Gutshaus. Einzigartige Lage auf einer Insel die nur zum Haus gehört. Natur pur. Ausstattung der Wohnung Küche relativ schlicht. Keine Kaffemaschine in der Wohnung. Wem es wichtig ist: kein Fernseher, aber gutes WLAN. Wir kommen wieder!
