Stylishly renovated old building in a listed city villa near Elbradweg

Our apartment on the first floor in Dresden-Pieschen is completely renovated and is looking forward to welcoming guests who want to enjoy the special atmosphere in the listed city villa "Oscar".
The interior of the villa meets high standards. The preparation of the facade and the outer area of ​​the house are planned with the monument protection.
The apartment has a size of 75 square meters and has two separate bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a walk-through room, a luxurious large bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating, a separate spacious kitchen and the living-bay room with HD TV, DVD, stereo and Internet and a stove. Free parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
Here is also a rain-proof shelter with a nice bench, which is also to use for smokers.
Opposite the house there are 2 tram stops, which provide around the clock trips to the center. You also have all the relevant shopping opportunities such as Rewe, Aldi, Metzkerei and bakeries visa vis. The house is about 200m from the Elbe, along with Elbradweg and the ball and brewhouse "Watzke", with its special beer garden and the unique view of the old town. Likewise, there are various other restaurants and beer gardens, located directly on the Elbe. And all in a radius of about 1 KM.

On the ground floor is a small animal welfare association, only cats in the closed apartment.

Lovely, spacious and relaxing!

Our family of 4 was blessed to stay at this property. We enjoyed a restful, pleasant time here in which we cooked some of our own meals in the ample kitchen, and had enough space to not feel cramped. The home is tastefully decorated and the bathroom is very large and luxurious! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Bikes were offered to rent and there is a great bike path into the city, very close to this property. The option of Netflix along with a DVD player, was nice. There is a bakery, grocery store, drug mart and tram/bus stop just across the street from this house, making things so handy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Spot

We loved the large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was perfect and the bathroom was very clean and large. We used the tram to get around and it was so convenient to have the stop right outside the door. At first we were worried about the night club across the street, but there was no noise. One thing I forgot as a North American is that the first floor is above the ground floor, so the stairs were a surprise for my mom who uses a cane due to arthritis. She did great, though, and the comfy living room made up for any issue with the stairs. We would definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind being a 10 minute tram ride away from the city centre.

Unten im Haus ist die Wohnung vom Tierschutzverein bewohnt. Dort sind Katzen untergebracht. Das Treppenhaus riecht extrem nach Katzenklo. Das zieht leider auch stark in die Ferienwohnung. Wir haben den Gastgeber darauf hingewiesen. Daraufhin hat er ins Treppenhaus Flaschen mit Duftöl gestellt. Das machte es nur noch schlimmer. Duftöl und Katzenurin passt nicht zusammen!!!! Es war eklig. Die Wohnung war okay,aber vom beschriebenen Standard weit entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen von der Außenfassade. Eigentlich kann man die Wohnung nicht vermieten. Wir haben Fotos gemacht. Wenn Interesse besteht.....Was für uns völlig unverständlich ist sind die Bewertungen

Lesen hilft! Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung lässt keinerlei Raum für Missverständnisse: Ein kurzer Blick in den Text. Das hätte gereicht, um zu erkennen, dass sich im Erdgeschoss ein Tierschutzverein mit einigen Katzen befindet. Das impliziert, daß es zeitweise und ausschließlich nur im Treppenhaus zu leichten Gerüchen kommen kann. Diese werden durch zwei Raumduftgeräte ausgeglichen. Trotzdem behaupten Sie, „das (der Geruch) zieht stark in die Ferienwohnung“. Gleichzeitig haben Sie mir persönlich bestätigt, dass in der Wohnung selbst keinerlei Geruch vorhanden. hre Aussage ist somit nachweislich falsch. Auch zur Außenfassade: Die Diskussion über die denkmalgeschützte Gestaltung ist ebenfalls im Eingangstext erwähnt. Auch hier wäre ein Blick auf die im Inserat deutlich erkennbaren Fotos hilfreich gewesen – dort sind Teile der Fassade klar dargestellt. Der Standard der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich, was 105 „hervorragende“ und 22 „gute“ Bewertungen eindeutig belegen, bei 134 Bewertungen gesamt. Die Wohnung im 2. OG erzielt die gleichen Ergebnisse. Ihre Beanstandungen sind angesichts dieser Fakten überzogen und nicht nachvollziehbar. Den Zustand, in dem Sie die Wohnung hinterlassen haben, lassen wir aus Höflichkeit unkommentiert.

Schöner Städtetrip

Die Wohnung ist direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man mitten in der Innenstadt. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen. Gegenüber sind genügend Geschäfte wo man alles bekommt.Für eine Städtetour bestens geeignet!

Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Insgesamt eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Sie liegt zwar an einer belebten Straße, aber die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und ich fahre ja nicht auf's Land um meine Ruhe zu finden! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber und der kleine Hunger kann bestens durch div. Anbieter (Syrisch, Vietnamesisch, Amerikanisch) gestillt werden.

Die Wohnung ist als Fereinwohnung nicht geeignet. Die Holzdielen knarschen sehr laut. Die Türen lassen sich nicht schließen. Sollte es doch gelingen knallt es massiv beim Öffnen. in der Wohnung ist ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Tür zum 2. Schlafzimmer läßt sich nur von Außen abschließen, der Gast wird eingesperrt.

1Woche Dresden

Es war eine ganz tolle Woche, die FeWo liegt direkt an 2 Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Aldi, Rewe und Bäckerei direkt im Umkreis von 100m. Eissalon und Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 10Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Stadt selber ist sowieso eine Woche (und mehr) wert. Das Wetter dazu war königlich, also, zusammenfassend: gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Altstadtvilla sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist für unseren Geschmack sehr gut geschnitten und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie stellt alles für den täglichen Bedarf bereit. Beim Einchecken haben wir uns zunächst über den äußeren Zustand des Hauses "erschrocken". Als wir dann die Wohnung im 1. Stock betraten, waren wir sehr positiv angetan von der Unterkunft. Zur Altstadt in Dresden sind es dann noch über 3 km. Die Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 9 direkt vor der Haustür fahren in kurzen Abständen in die Innenstadt.

Anlässlich des 2. AC/DC Auftritts in Dresden waren mein Bruder und ich 3 Nächte in dieser sehr schön renovierten und eingerichteten Wohnung. Tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strassenbahn und Biergarten mit Elbblick in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bester Kontakt im Vorfeld in Bezug auf Anreise etc., vor Ort herzlicher Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Angenehme Wohnung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, Bahn, Bus und Zug sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Elberadweg und zahlreiche Biergärten.
