Located on beautiful Lake Bemidji, these condos are ready for your lakeside getaway. Enjoy the private decks with gorgeous views of the lake, FREE use of Kayaks, and private access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail.
Each condo comes furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay including two King beds, two Queen beds, two sleeper sofas, wifi, smart TVs, Coffee machines, and cooking essentials. Seamless self check in provided.
The Space:
Welcome to the Breezy Hills condos! There are a total of 4 condos in this building. Each roughly 1100sq ft. The property is on 2 acres with lots of room for yard activities and walking around in nature, especially if you decide to check out the Paul Bunyan trail which crosses the Breezy Hills property. Take a swim in the lake or enjoy the beauty of nature from the dock or shoreline. From the shoreline out for a long ways the lake depth is around 3-4 feet deep so it's great for swimming and relaxing in. Enjoy meals on the private deck or down on the shared deck closer to the lake. Also available is free boat docking for your boat.

Free garage parking if you'd like! Garage stall corresponds to your condo number. Or park in the driveway! Walk, bike or snowmobile on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.

We grew up in this area and love the places, people, and history here. We want to add value to the community by providing a beautiful space for guests to enjoy nature and each other and make life long memories! We are excited to have the opportunity to host you!
What makes this property unique
Some of our favorites aspects about this property is that adventure and relaxation are so accessible. You can walk out your front door onto the deck and look out over the lake while grilling a meal, walk down to the shoreline and throw a fishing line in, hop on your boat and cruise around the lake, or walk to the front of the property and explore the Paul Bunyan trail! This beautiful trail will take you up to the state park on the north end of the lake or into Bemidji if you go south. You can bike or even snowmobile on this trail in the winter time! The property is also very large at over 2 acres so there's plenty of room for family activities in the massive yard space. We love that each of the 4 condos have amazing views of the lake. It's also very night to only be a 10 minute drive from downtown Bemidji where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other attractions including the historic statue of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox!
