Vacation in a historic building - right on the beautiful Flensburg Fjord!

The listed building is located in the Oluf-Samson-Gang - one of the most beautiful old town streets of Schleswig-Holstein. It was built about 1780 and lovingly restored in the last 2 years. The location is perfect for a varied holiday - right on the harbor Flensburg and only 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian area. Many restaurants and restaurants are nearby, as well as the museum harbor Flensburg. The nearest beach is about 4 km, the train station 2 km, the bus station 5 minutes.

The "Oluf 12" extends over 2 floors with a total living space of about 70 square meters. The house was extensively renovated, which many parts of the historic past could be obtained. Another highlight is a small cozy terrace, which is accessible through the kitchen. On the ground floor is the utility room (with washer-dryer and toilet), the dining room and the kitchen. All rooms are manually heated by a floor heating. The dining room is equipped with a tiled stove. In the kitchen there is an oven, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Of course, the kitchen has a complete equipment.

Flensburg, immer wieder gerne.

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus schon länger im Blick. Dieses Mal hat es geklappt. Empfangen wurden wir von der netten Vermieterin, die uns auch den Garagenstellplatz anbot. Ideal, nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus selber hält alles was die Bilder und die Beschreibung verspechen. Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Gelegen in der Altstadt zwischen dem Hafen und der Fußgängerzone, so ist alles schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch für den herzlichen Empfang, den Wein haben wir uns schmecken lassen.

Wir konnten 4 Nächte in einem hervoragend saniertem Objekt verbringen. Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und z. T. noch übertroffen. Die Küche ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und bietet jede Möglichkeit.

Wohlfüllumgebung inklusive netten Gastgebern

Es herrscht im ganzen Haus eine sofortige Wohlfühlumgebung welche uns auch gleich erfasst hatte. Wir als Bremer haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt als wir in dieses traumhafte Häuschen kamen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Flensburg zu erkunden. Es sind diverse Bäcker, Restaurants und Kneipen fußläufig erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Gemutlich und unheimlich nette Gastgeber

Eine unheimlich gemütliche Stimmung herrscht in dem Haus und der Umgebung. Wir sind gebürtige Flensburger und kennen die Geschichte der Straße. Freitag war es schön still, Samstag Nacht war es dann doch etwas lauter (aber wir haben auch mit offenem Fester geschlafen). Ein Bäcker gibt es gleich um die Ecke, aber für andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man eine weile gehen. Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich nett und Hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder!

Et fantastisk flot restaureret hus. Istandsat i henhold til husets og gadens ånd.

Huset ligger tæt på havnen og få minutters gang fra Flensburgs strøg. En super beliggenhed😀
