Even though the house isn’t in a gated community, every home in the area is gated and secure. The neighborhood is calm, walkable, and close to Bávaro Innovation School, a respected English-speaking school nearby.

Whether you’re here to relax by the pool, explore local dining, or enjoy Punta Cana’s tropical vibe, this neighborhood offers the ideal mix of safety, serenity, and accessibility. 🌞
