Safe Harbor Pier 121 Marina is a 12 min. drive (5.7 miles) & Stewart Creek Fishing Pier is a 9 min. drive (3.2 miles). The Marina has a great sports bar, other eateries & grocery are nearby.

Modern home with a beautiful view of lake Lewisville

Jana and Tim have done such a good job constructing a modern home feel with a great view of the lake. Easy access to the water. The house has all the amenities of home. Everything has its place and specifically organized for each space to function flawlessly. Way to go guys . What a great experience.

5 minutes is all we could stand

Driving into the neighborhood we were a bit concerned. We picked this particular house because it was new. But , the neighborhood was definitely sketchy. The big issue was the oder that made my family sick . We were there 5 minutes and had to get out. Would definitely not recommend property or the management

Deep in the heart of Texas

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet it’s close to the main artery of the community with plenty of nearby access to food, gas and a variety of other activities. We loved the nautical theming of the home, which makes sense as it sits on a body of water. The home was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and other areas were well stocked and our host Jana was responsive and helpful throughout our short stay. My only regret is that we only spent a couple of nights there as the home proved to be the highlight of our all too brief trip to the great state of Texas. Everyone in our party loved the accommodation and watching the sun set from the balconies. If you’re ever in the vicinity of The Colony, then we highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great getaway!

The location and overall experience was great. Don’t recommend sharing the bunk beds! They are a bit shaky. We also couldn’t get the fans to work, but not a huge deal. Would definitely rent again!
