Location:

The apartment is located in the city center, about 300 meters from Westerland train station. Opposite the apartment house extends a shopping arcade u. a. with bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is located on the road facing away from the very quiet Osthausseite. The beach is only a few hundred meters away.

The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with new fitted kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. In 2018 the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is largely new.



Description:

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The living room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a single bed, another closet, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. There is another closet in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a towel heater.

The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed.



Outside:

The apartment house has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness apartment" refers to these two facilities. In addition, no other "wellness" facilities are offered. The swimming pool and the sauna are closed every year from the 20. 11. - 30. 11. due to maintenance.

Washer and dryer are in the house. For loading and unloading there is a designated parking space available at the house.

The cellar has a storage space for bicycles.



Note for wheelchair users:

About the back entrance is the apartment without steps to reach with the wheelchair. The apartment is not equipped for disabled and wheelchair accessible. It is more suitable for people who are comfortable in the apartment without a wheelchair but want to move outside with a wheelchair.

Additional costs incurred on the day of arrival at the handover of the apartment on site:
 
 A) Tourist tax (obligatory)
 From 01. 01. 2019 to 30. 04. 2019 and from 01. 11. 2019 to 31. 12. 2019 the local visitor's tax is 1.65 Euro per day and per person. From 01. 05. 2019 to 31. 10. 2019 the tourist tax is 3,30 Euro per day and per person. If the amount of the tourist tax for your desired period is not specified, just ask in this regard.

B) Bed linen and towels (compulsory)
 A linen package (consisting of bed linen and towels) includes 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 tea towel, 1 shower mat and once bed linen. For the linen is an amount of 18 euros per person and for the towels is an amount of 7 euros per person.

C) final cleaning (obligatory)
 For the final cleaning an amount of 100 Euro has to be paid.

D) Parking (optional)
 Upon request, a private parking space is provided in the vicinity of the apartment (about 5 minutes walk away). There is an amount of 3 euros per day to pay.

Important note for short breaks:
 
 As a rule, you can book short breaks if the requested period in the booking calendar is a booking gap or a follow-up rental. You can check in the booking calendar whether these criteria apply to your desired date and which periods represent follow-on rentals or booking gaps.

If you are interested in a short break, just ask.


Additional costs:

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 100 EUR (obligatory).
Towels: to rent once per person for 7 EUR (compulsory).
Bed linen: to be rented once per person for 18 EUR (compulsory).
Sauna: per object and day according to consumption (obligatory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Visitor's tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 1. 7 EUR (obligatory).
