Individually furnished on 42 m² is located in the apartment dream Baltic Sea, everything you want in a relaxing holiday by the sea. The apartment has a fantastic sea view. The Hansa Park Sierksdorf is located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the fine Sierksdorfer sandy beach.

The Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 meters away and the sea can already be seen from the living room. The apartment is located in the 8th Floor in the house B of the holiday park Panoramic and is easily accessible via a lift. Enjoy the winter garden (glazed balcony) the dreamlike view across the entire Bay of Lübeck up to the Priwall.

The swimming pool in the house Panoramic can be rented for a fee of 4, - € / pers. be used. Furthermore, a basketball court, various table tennis tables, a tennis court and a children's playground can be used free of charge.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area with double bed, comfortable sofa with sleeping function and an open kitchen can accommodate 3 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished balcony with glazing, which you can individually open wide. There is also a private beach chair on the balcony. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 he width). A separate sleeping area with a double bed (1.60 he width) is also available. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wohnung war an sich wie beschrieben, super Lage und gute Ausstattung. Die Couch müsste allerdings dringend erneuert werden. Leider war die Wohnung nicht zufriedenstellend sauber übergeben worden- hat sich aber schnell mit der Verwaltung klären lassen.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee Juli 2022

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Hochhaus neben dem Hansapark. Dadurch hat man aber keinerlei Einschränkungen, keine Lärmbelästigung oder Ähnliches. Von aussen ist der Komplex nicht so schön, aber die Wohnung im 8.Stock, mit Blick über die Lübecker Bucht war grundsätzlich schön. Der Fahrstuhl war immer da und hat auch unseren Hund schnell und sicher befördert. Durch kleine Missverständnisse war die Reinigung nicht so ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen, wurde dann aber nachgearbeitet. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Das Sofa ist optisch schön, aber izwischen doch recht durchgesessen. Die Kopfkissen sind ein wenig "klumpig". Da würden wir empfehlen, die eigenen mitzubringen. Dies ist bitte als konstruktive Kritik zu sehen, denn insgesamt ist das für 2 Personen ein schönes Appartment für einen Kurzurlaub. Der Hundestrand ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Klein ans Ende gedrückt und nicht besonders gepflegt. Da empfehlen wir ganz klar den Hundestrand Haffkrug/Schabeutz, der ein paar Kilometer entfernt liegt. Als Fazit kann man sagen, die Ostsee ist immer eine Reise wert und die Lübecker Bucht ist wirklich schön.

Kleines aber feines Apartment mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Wohnhaus hat uns anfangs etwas erschreckt, aber das Apartment ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Blick über die Ostsee ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
