The entire house is for your exclusive use. This home has been completely remodeled and has a very modern look and feel to it. It is fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The backyard is completely fenced in and has plenty of foliage for your privacy. You'll love having a BBQ experience and hanging out with the family in the South Florida sun. The living room has a comfortable pull out couch and connects with the dining room for a more open concept. All our TVs are smart TV. The house is tastefully decorated to make you feel more at home.

There is parking for approximately 4 vehicles. For your convenience we offer self check-in to all our guests. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
