Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace on the 11th floor in this remodeled condo with hardwood floors, top of the line kitchen appliances, flat screen TV in living room and bedrooms. Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents' beach club and pool. And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by the Sian Condominium. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Sian will be undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program starting during the summer of 2025. There will be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with balcony and pool closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   GUESTS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS DURING THEIR STAY THAT WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN.

I knew there was work being done on the building beforehand, but it really wouldn’t affect our time. The only things that I found disheartening was there wasn’t any covering over the master bedroom bathroom window. I had to try and rig something up to cover the window so the bathroom could be used in private and not seen by the condo building right next to it. The second bedroom had blinds that were broken and could not be closed. They were wide open and the room couldn’t be darkened. Everything else was great and we had a very relaxing weekend.

Spring Break 2025

Enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been open a bit later. Apartment is in need of new flooring, lots of jagged edges. Couch not comfortable. TV remote missing in 2nd bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Short stay

We stayed for just 5 days after our 7 day Caribbean cruise. I would’ve rather just stayed here the whole time than the cruise!!!! Just fun and relaxing!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Very large and clean. Host was super helpful with information about things to do. Elevator was tiny and created an issue for getting down from the 11th floor. Took the stairs. Concierge was great.

We loved the location of the property. The view was fantastic. The price was great. The place needed a little bit of work, but considering the location and the price I think it was fair. Would stay here again.

Very nice condo with amazing ocean view

Really love the spot. Everyone was so nice from the outside valet guys to the inside check in lady. Condo was super clean. Ocean view was so amazing and relaxing. Wanted to just stay on the balcony the whole vacation. Really got a piece of mind.

The Perfect place for Relaxation

Our time was fabulous. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Ben from the agency was phenomenal. He made sure that our checkin/checkout was easy, and was available to us with anything that we needed(which was nothing actually, but he answered any questions we had). The condo was clean, fresh and exactly what the pictures display. The beach and pool were relaxing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ok but needs refreshing

Some good points : valet/ check in/ communication with agency/ spacious apartment Bad points for the unit which need serious refreshing, things were worn out, sticky, stains on beach towels…toaster and iron didn’t work . A bit disappointing for the price.

Great Condo on the beach!!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo (11R)! The pictures are exactly what you see including the view from the balcony. I don't think they show the bathrooms which are spacious with water fall and hand held shower heads which were amazing! Both rooms have huge closets and the primary has two closets. It has everything you need as far as towels (shower and beach), everything to cook and eat with, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach blanket & umbrella. The only thing you will have to get is paper goods if staying more than a couple nights. We stayed 4 nights. The pool is literally an elevator ride down and walk out the door and the beach is 45 seconds past the pool out of the gate. We went to dinner every night near by and Gulfstream Park about 2 miles away to gamble and had lunch at Yardhouse which has a huge selection of beers. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great space for a family

This condo had everything we needed with the exception of a few things that would have made it perfect. There are some repairs of flooring and cleaning of recess lights needed. And towels weren't as nice and clean as what you'd get at a hotel. I would suggest restocking with all white, nice towels for guests. The space was amazing and the property manager was so attentive and provided great communication. I wish there was some control over the number of people hanging outside the door as you enter and leave. Young guys and girls treated it as a hang out space mostly at night. I disliked that so much that I dreaded running into them as I was coming and going. Overall, I would recommend. The views were great, the kitchen had all we needed, and it was pretty clean. I hope this review helps.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples who stayed two nights in this apartment. The check-in process was very easy. Accomodated for a late check-in as we arrived after 9pm was arranged ahead of time and was not a problem. The main lobby is beautiful, but the hallways to the apartment are definitely showing their age. Nevertheless, the apartment suited our needs with separate bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment suite was nice for privacy reasons. The apartment could have been cleaner, attention to detail seemed a bit lacking (eg: long hair seen on the mirror, baseboards appeared to have not been wiped in a while, cleaning behind and around the toilet left some to be desired, touch points on some of the kitchen cabinet handles felt sticky, sand on floors felt when walking barefoot upon first entering the apartment), some cabinets in disrepair not opening and closing properly. Beds were soft and comfortable, living room furniture needs replacing as they are also showing their wear. We did not access any of the building amenities, so can't comment on that. The area around the apartment felt safe even at night. Not much in the way of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has a shuttle service, but we didn't use it. Location to beach access very good. Nice view of the ocean Pool was nice to relax around. It's about 20-25 mins drive from cruise port.
