Welcome to HOME SWEET LOTO♡

3 total beds, 2 bathrooms. Lake front, Modern and UPDATED 2 bedroom/2 bath TOP FLOOR condo!
Child friendly! We have a variety of items here, so you don't have to haul them down! (We have a toddler!)

-Boat ramp and trailer parking available!
-2 POOLS for your enjoyment! 2 playgrounds are also in the complex to keep the kiddos busy!

Enjoy the vaulated ceilings, spacious living area and large WATERFRONT deck!
The updated kitchen offers a variety of supplies to cook!

Comfy Beds!
-The large MASTER BEDROOM has an amazing hybrid king mattress from Twinkle Beds, with organic cotton sheets! Enjoy deck access & a lake view from this room only! A large dresser and ONE closet with plastic hangers are available for you to use!

-The SECOND BEDROOM has a brand new (FIRM) QUEEN memory foam mattress with organic cotton sheets! There is ALSO a TWIN XL (medium firmness) bed with organic cotton sheets in this room. 2 beds total! 3 can sleep in this room comfortably! This room does not have deck access or a lake view. It faces the front of the condo unit. There is a SMART TV, large dresser and full closet with plastic hangers for you to use!!

-The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable 3 seat couch, a leather chair with matching ottoman and a small sized recliner by the fireplace.

-The DINING ROOM has a round table with seating for 4. There are 2 extra wooden chairs in the bedrooms if needed! There is also a highchair in the 2nd bedroom closet if needed! (The highchair works best on the grey chairs)

-The KITCHEN is very spacious! The bar height "island" has additional seating for 3. There is a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of open pantry space for groceries! Plenty of silverware, dishes, cooking supplies if you choose to eat in during your stay!
We offer a standard coffee maker & a Keurig single serve coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck!

-Extra Blankets are in the master bedroom dresser. And beach towels are in the 2nd bedroom dresser!

-You'll have access to the entire condo. 2beds/2 baths!
One locked closet in master bedroom is off limits, as well as the hall closet.

-Other things to note:
No room for fishing poles, or didn't have room to pack them????
Not a problem! We supply a couple poles for guests to use during there stay, so you can get the full "lake experience"!
-We have basic tackle (hooks, bobbers, ect.), all you have to do is go to the tackle shop just minutes down the road and pickup your worms or minnows. The fishing poles will be In utility closet when you first walk in the condo. All we ask is that you place them back in the closet before check out & please take care of them as if they were yours!

-Gas prices stopping you from going to the beach for the summer? Lucky for you Lake of the Ozarks public beach number 2 is just a couple miles down the road!
Enjoy your afternoon relaxing at the beach that has picnic tables and restrooms!

-You will also have access to Charcoal BBQ pits located in a few places inside the complex.

****3 sets of stairs are required to enter the top floor unit. There is maybe 8 steps on each set to get to our condo.

****There is a Ring Doorbell at this unit.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts responded quickly. The kitchen had plenty of cookware for the breakfasts we made in. The boat slip was close by and convenient. We love lazy days for the no wake cove, pools, and proximity to a main road, restaurants and the state park!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our short stay. We were sad we couldn't stay longer! The location was great, close to everything we did. The condo had everything you needed for kiddos. Swimming off the dock was awesome and the pool was great too!

Clean and modern with everything needed

The entire place was clean and open. The decor with so cute and modern. We fished at night, played games and drank our coffee on the balcony. We loved the location and everything was close by. The owners were so easy to work with. Very professional and very polite. Quick replies and they even helped us arrange different dates only two days before our vacation. We will DEFINITELY be going back to this very spot next time.

Best Condo on the lake!!

We had such an amazing experience with this host and property. They were very quick to respond to all of our questions pre and post booking and during our stay. They were so informative with directions and info for the property. This place truly has everything you need to a getaway with family. We also rented a boat slip for the stay and that worked wonderfully. We asked to stay an extra night that we hadn’t booked for and they were so kind to work with us. We have had a few bad experiences at the Ozarks in the past so they deserve the credit!!! We will definitely be back!

Very lovely condo and good location. One suggestion, we were asked to turn the water heater on upon arrival, and off when we left. We found it was already on when we arrived. We realized we would need to do the same when we left because we ran the dishwasher to make sure all the dishes were clean when we left as instructed. Rather confusing!

Great place

Jesse and Tabatha were very easy to communicate with and we love their place. This is a relatively new listing for them but my wife and I have already stayed here twice because we love it that much. The partially covered deck is one of our favorite features. We love that the deck has a couple of loveseats instead of just simple chairs like a lot of other places. We enjoy the view, it's very clean, the bed is comfortable, it's quiet when we have gone in the off seasons. It's a quick drive to lots of places, like Ha Ha Tonka. We've enjoyed our stay here each time and we'll definitely be back!

It was truly an amazing stay! The view was great waking up next to the lake and watching sunset and sunrise everyday was amazing. The pool was great for the kids. It felt like home! It was truly one of the best vacations we have had and we will be going back next year!!!
