Absolutely gorgeous top-floor villa at South Beach! This beautifully updated flat is sure to impress from the moment you step inside, featuring attractive and modern interior décor with stylish finishes & features. Interior enhancements include plank-style flooring, smooth-finish ceilings, shiplap in the bath, high-quality furnishings, and recessed LED lights.

The main living area has an open floor plan and offers plenty of seating. The dining room table seats four. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and two accent chairs plus a 48” TV. Behind the accordion doors is the stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has quartz counters with subway tile and has two chairs at the countertop. The sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony where there is a high-top table that seats two plus two additional chairs. This balcony overlooks a parklike setting with the salty breezes coming off the nearby Calibogue Sound.

The master suite is at the end of the hall and has a king bed, two accent chairs and a 32” TV. There are sliding doors that lead to the outdoor balcony. The bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.

Nice

Nice place. Very close to the beach and pool. Clean but some maintenance work. Saw one roach the day we left. One rug very slippery and I fell. That needs to be removed or a pad placed underneath. My arrival packet never arrived and I had to pay extra for a parking pass.
