The Villages Courtyard Villa series offers a spacious, enclosed backyard that is wonderful for privacy. We allow 2 dogs up to 30 lbs. Sorry, no cats. Climate controlled Square Footage is 1503.

Beautiful decor and a complete kitchen set up will meet your every need. Our Villa has 3 full bedrooms, all with spacious closets, and 2 baths. The floorplan is set up with the Master, and Master Bath en-suite, and the bath is complete with a Walk-in Roman shower, 2 sinks and 2 closets. Guest bedroom 1 is set up as a suite, with its bathroom adjacent and a pocket door, that one could close off from the rest of the villa. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the home. Our laundry room comes furnished with a front-load washer and dryer. There is also a furnished lanai and concrete patio with grill provided for your use.

The adult pool is within walking distance from the villa. The Ezell Regional Recreation Center is loaded with activities each day and a Sports pool for lap swimming, water aerobics, and water volleyball, an 18 hole putting green, Tennis, Pickleball, Corn Toss, Bocce, and Shuffleboard, just a few minutes from the villa. Nearby Lake Deaton Plaza offers a Publix (grocery store), restaurants and other necessities including nail salon and barber shop. Sawgrass Grove is nearby and offers entertainment with nightly bands, a food court and a marketplace, all 3 minutes from the Villa. You will have no trouble finding something enjoyable to do and to get around easier, a 2-seater gas golf cart is included with your stay.
