On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a roomy entrance hall, which doubles as a charming living room with a decorative stone fireplace. The separate, generously sized, and fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for preparing meals for the whole family. The large dining room forms the social heart of the house and opens directly onto the terrace. It is connected to a second living room, which features a television and an open fireplace. A shower room with a barrier-free toilet and a utility room with a large-capacity washing machine complete this floor.
