Guest Notes:
• $75 Golden Sands registration fee required at check-in (includes 1 parking space; additional $20/day if available)
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Minimum booking age: 24
• No smoking/vaping; no pets (service animals welcome with required documentation)
• Checkout: bag all trash and place in the trash chute on your floor; load and run dishwasher

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

• Full refund within 48 hrs of booking
• 50% refund 14+ days before check-in
• 50% refund 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled <7 days
