Lakeside family Retreat is the perfect lake house to escape and unwind with family and friends. This 3/3 home (plus loft) backs up to a private pond (AND sandy beach and lake) with a spectacular sunset view off the back deck and lake, with best views from the beach and inside the hot tub.

Walk out past the firepit & down to the sandy beach. Yes!! The lake & sandy beach are in your back yard!! The Boat ramp is approximately 1 mile from the lake house. There is so much to do including building sandcastles, build a fire outside, and watch the beautiful views. Obstacle course added for kids with swing and small zipline!! For an additional fee you can store your boat, RV, or have access to a few of our toys (kayaks, water trampoline, lily pad, blow up paddle boards, and beach chairs) located in the barn onsite.

We know you will enjoy gathering with family and friends in the open concept living room. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, a full set of ceramic plates, outdoor plastic dishes for great meals plus lots of space to cook on a large island with bar stools. We are super excited about all our new appliances. Brand new (2023) Jenn Air gas cooktop, Samsung Wi-Fi enables microwave oven, dishwasher, and Smart refrigerator. Walk outside to cook on the propane grill and eat watching the sunset at the table or enjoy the view from the newly installed hot tub.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. With brand new AC/Heat system. The first bedroom has a KING bed with a rolling crib. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed. The third bedroom has a FULL over FULL bunk bed with a TWIN trundle. Upstairs offers a spacious loft with a QUEEN sleeper sofa. Roll out the ping pong table when you are ready to play. There is an upstairs bathroom with jetted tub, separate stand-up shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.

When staying at our retreat you will have loads of fun on the sandy beach, in the hot tub, fishing in the private pond, sitting by the firepit, grilling outside and watching the spectacular sunsets over the lake. We also added a small obstacle course (with little zip line for kids 3-15) & swing outside for kids to enjoy. As our guests have said, “Don’t wait, just book” this “hidden gem!”

But if you want to sneak away to the casino, Creek Nation Casino, is only 25 minutes away. The Fountain Head Creek Golf course is a quick 17 minutes away and right next to Fountain Head Air Lodge Air Park if you have a private plane needing an airstrip. During the summer the kids can enjoy Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park (waterpark on the lake as shown in the pictures) which is just 25 minutes away. Lake Eufaula State Park is 20 minutes to the West with hiking, mountain bike trails, horseback riding and fishing.

Parking is onsite next to the house.

We may check in with guests via email or text, but are otherwise available when needed for questions or maintenance issues. There are cameras outdoors onsite to monitor when home is empty, and watch for uninvited guests as home is water front.

You will need a car or ATV to get around the neighborhood and Lake. Please do not park forward of the carport - that is Army Corps of Engineers land.

Reach out if you would like to store vehicles or boats in the barn onsite for an additional fee. Barn access also gives access to additional lake toys including water trampoline, lily pad, beach chairs, and canoes.
