The place was amazing! Very quiet other then the frog I named Bob. He was singing outside the door one night. The place is in a central location with quick and easy access to everything. The beds are very comfortable and the showers with a lot of hot water. I had no issues during my stay. Francisco checked up with me to see how our stay is going.

The condo is in need of many repairs and maintenance. It is the most basic Vbro I have ever rented. To open the silverware drawer you have to open the oven door first. Only one burner on stove works properly. The microwave does not heat yet turns on. My granddaughters feet were black from walking on the floors. The bunk beds squeek like trampoline springs. Mold on the bathroom floor between the tub and tile. The door to enter the property is not the one shown in photos. Must walk around to the back I feelThat this is not owned by a person but maybe a company because no one responds to emails or questions. Just wanting to know when Inwas to arrive and if I would be leaving early.

After multiple and multiple attempts using the access code provided by the host, I could not gain access to the inside of this property. The outside of the property is dirty and the overall condition of the property and the site look absolutely nothing like the pictures posted. Do not book this property unless you like properties that are misrepresented on the site.

Great vacation property

This vacation property was beautiful, clean ,quiet and close to the attractions as well as the airport . Prior to arrival I was sent a video to watch that showed us the exact route from the gate to the rental that was very helpful . I will definitely stay at this property in the future.

Great stay

Enjoyed our weekend there! Air works great and felt wonderful during heatwave! Great location for family with pets… on first floor and plenty of places to walk dogs! Few little suggestions to help next guests… extra trash bags, washcloths for bathrooms, extra kitchen towel, dishcloth or new sponge in kitchen! Overall… met our needs for weekend stay as we moved our son out of apartment at UCF! Close to shopping, restaurants and parks!

Tranquil and relaxing

The home was clean, well -situated, well stocked for our 3 week + stay, and chock full of amenities: multiple pools, gym, tennis courts, golf course, and lovely grounds. There’s plenty of shopping nearby and multiple Orlando attractions are all within a half hours drive. Property owner/manager communicated promptly and clearly and check in, check out, and instructions Re the unit and the community were easy to understand. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experience

We stayed there for 8 nights. The apartment is located very convenient to every where and very secure. Inside the apartment is neat and stylish. We have everything we need in the kitchen. The property managers are very nice and friendly. It seems that many people speaking Spanish in that area. I am thinking to learn some simple words of Spanish for next time to stay there.

Business trip with dog

This property was located perfectly for work and overall I was satisfied by the stay. Check in was difficult as I was not given the proper code to the doo repeatedly which was frustrating as I was very tired from an overnight flight. I also had to provide all of the cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish washing detergent, dish soap, etc. While this is not something that overall presented a challenge it would have been helpful to know in advance so I could have been prepared to buy from the store prior to check in.

Clean updated pet-friendly condo located in gated community

Nice clean home with bi-lingual owner who was very responsive via text message. Owner even sent a youtube video with directions making it really easy to find. The pictures are representative of the unit. The condo is located in a gated community which required showing your driver's license to a guard each time you drove in. There were two smaller pools located very close to the condo, and one large main pool down the road. The main pool area also had a playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts which was great for the kids. There is a smart TV located in the main living area and the bedroom, both pre-loaded with Disney+ which was fun to watch. The wifi was above average with 100mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds, which worked great with no lag during my video meetings for work. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils, and the washer/dryer worked great in the unit, right outside the second bathroom. Bathroom vanities and faucets had both been updated. The only negative out of the owner's control is nearby unit(s) have heavy smokers, with their smoke sometimes drifting into the rental condo.
