Right next to the boardwalk/beach. Wonderful location and yet relatively quiet. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and boardwalk and even a bike ride north with the 2 bikes provided. We were also close to my son on Rose Ave. Excellent restaurants and small grocers near by. Communication with host was helpful and prompt.

The location is around the corner from the beach and restaurants. Lots to see and do along the Venice Beach boardwalk. Apartment is clean and the parking space was very walkable down a beautifully maintained walk-way. I was there on business so gone during the day. Would be a great place to stay on vacation as the beach is right there and huge!

We really enjoyed this property. It was as advertised. It was literally steps away from Venice Beach and the boardwalk. My kids 17, 16, and 15 absolutely loved it. If you want to be right on the beach and the boardwalk, then you will enjoy this space

The place is exactly as pitcured and described and made us feel right at home and carefree. The wakability was stellar. The energy in the neighborhood was great. It is definitely not a quiet place, but we were able to sleep fine every night. It does shut down mostly by ten pm. The mornings where crazy, chaotic, and filled with so much positive energy; just the way I like it. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the central location between Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Twice we took out the bikes and rode them along the dedicated bike path. I believe the price is very reasonable for what you get with the location, it isn’t fancy, but it was great for our mother daughter trip. Several great restaurants were within walking distance. We especially liked Ashland Hills and Fig Tree. We did have some trouble with the lock, but that was user error not anything on the host! She was incredibly responsive to all of our text messages. There was also wonderful beach chairs that we took out.
