Our home is a newly renovated space with modern appliances. Its open concept allows for guests to gather and enjoy each others company and feel relaxed. This is a two family home and there are no shared space between the 1st and 2nd floor. Easy access to public transportation such as New Jersey transit bus, NJ light rail is an added convenience. We also offer FREE driveway parking which adds to the benefit of living in the city.

Jennie’s place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The kitchen has everything you need with very nice appliances and Jennie stocks the place with plenty of linens and extra towels!!We appreciated having a parking space and close proximity to PATH trains and the departure point for Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Very convenient! The best part is how attentive Jennie is to your needs, as well as the many recommendations she gives. Great place!!

Family trip to NYC

Perfect for our family trip to NYC. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, plenty of coffee and supplies. Hosts were very helpful with instructions and suggestions on what to do. Nice to have a parking spot right outside front door!

Everything was wonderful as pictured!! This place was very accommodating and it had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since i forgot mine. Even with the rain, we had some suggested activities that the kids enjoyed!! The neighborhood is very safe!! I would stay here again.

Clean, excellent communication and close to everything.

This is a lovely place to stay. The hosts were communicative right from the start. There are games and nice TVs to watch. I didn't have any trouble getting Uber or UberEats, but it's central enough for walking to public transportation. Really nice spot that I'd stay at again!

Our stay was fabulous, Jennie our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was impressive and just like the picture on the app. Suggested places of interest by Jennie we visited them and were not disappointed. The personal parking space was a big plus, I would do this place again if available. Excellent stay, super host.

Wee stayed for a week at this house. Very clean and all remodeled!! Jennie was a fabulous hostess!! She helped with places to go and see, directions, and was very attentive to anything we may need. I would stay here again with no problem!!

This was the best place we stayed, we had everything we needed for our stay and much more. The host was the best, very very responsive. Gave me suggestions of places to visit, mostly every day. If you are looking for a rental in Jersey City .. this is it!!! The rental space is great - no cramped hotel here. The host has made everything as simple as possible with no guessing as to how anything in the rental works. And you get a parking space for your car! Not within walking distance to New York, but Jennie’s tips and recommendations on how to get to NYC are spot on. If we didn’t have any plans on a day, we just looked at her recommendations and they worked out great. Would absolutely stay again.

Formidable experience. Everything we ever inquired for even when it was non urgent was literally answered within mere seconds at most a few minutes. They ve pro actively done things for us from checkin schedule to telling us where we could eat in nearby restaurants. A very different experience, indeed the best, simply because the owners care. Great Apartment Close to NYC

My family of 6 made our first trip to NYC. Because of cost we decided to stay in Jersey City. This property was a great "home base" to hop in and out of the city. One day we drove to Journal Station and took the train in, one day a short drive to Liberty State Park and one day we drove into the city. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of meals. Grocery store was only 5 minutes away. Property owner was very communicative and even let us in a bit early to drop luggage off!
