BEWARE…Nothing like photos!

The place was surrounded by buildings and loud noises. The rooms inside were chopped up and tiny. We told them and they still have not updated their photos. Renter beware. It was not a good place to stay. Communication was awful as they were quite rude.

Military Going Away Gathering

Needed an indoor spot for my daughter’s military going away party. This was everything that I needed. The host was very attentive. It’s directly across the street from a garage which is about 4$ hour I believe. If you have a large crowd that would come in handy. Ample space and very clean. Good price for the location. Will recommend

Stayed at this property for bachelor party. Walkable to the bars and restaurants in downtown Tampa. Kyle was very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend this place

Beautiful decor. Proximity to DT Tampa

My stay was great. Kyle and John were very responsive when I had questions. I appreciated how close this house was to downtown, plus the Publix and CVS were in walking distance.

Great Place for a Crash Pad

Had a bachelor party group stay here. Easily walkable to downtown Tampa. Plenty of pullout beds and an open living room set up. One issue with plumbing that the owner addressed right away. Overall a great place with a great owner.
