Elegant middle house part 4 "Muschelhus" in the "Magisterhof" with 4 rooms and approx. 50 square meters on 3 levels (ground floor, first floor, attic) for up to 3 persons. Central but quiet location in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Spend a comfortable holiday on the North Sea with underfloor heating and woodburning stove.

Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, fireplace, TV (satellite), radio with CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, equipped with beach chair and patio furniture terrace to the east. Open kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Storage room with microwave, vacuum cleaner and ironing set.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x190cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchairs and mirrors.
Second (Children) bedroom with single bed (100x190cm), small closet and armchair
 Third Bedroom with low single bed (90x190cm), armchair and chair.

Modern bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer and hair dryer.

Hallway with mirror and wardrobe in the entrance area.

The house belongs to the garage No. 4 (max. Width 240cm, height 200cm, length 520cm) inside the plant. In the courtyard of the complex is a children's play area with slide and sandpit. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: This residence is not suitable for pet allergies. From 2020 a (small to medium sized) dog is welcome here!

NOTE: at this domicile will be from the 3. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.
