Publix and Krogers close!
Kuerig Coffee Machine with complimentary K cups. Enjoy a cup on the deck outside the master bedroom. A high chair for little ones stored in the closet.

All areas are accessible. There is room for 3 cars to park

The Neighborhood:
We have a quiet safe neighborhood. Police station is just 2 blocks away. The house is just 1 minute from Dolly Parton Pkwy which of course takes you to Dollywood 5 miles away! There are several good restaurants within minutes. Food City is just 2 blocks from the house. Also the Seiverville Community Center has bowling, an indoor pool, and fitness center. Admission generally runs around $6.
Holston's and Aubrey's are just down the street and excellent dining options. Subway is just across the street on Dolly Parton Pkwy. Papa Johns Pizza is 2 blocks away and many other restaurants. You can't go wrong with any of those.

Publix and Krogers are only 5 minutes away. WalMart about 8 minutes.

Getting Around:
The driveway has enough room for up to 3 cars.

Other Things to Note:
There is a washer and dryer and we try to keep laundry detergent as well on hand. An iron and ironing board are in the Master closet.

Great place to stay!

The house looks almost brand new! The amenities there when we checked in were wonderful. It’s located within a block of a grocery store and due to its location, you can go the back way into Pigeon Forge and your able to avoid the main Parkway traffic if you want. We had no trouble while there. We had two larger vehicles and a car in our group and we all fit in the parking area for the home. The price was great as well.

Cute house but neighborhood bit sketchy.

This was my first time with VRBO and the place was nice, the price was good. The only negatives were the neighborhood, the mattresses on the bunk beds were not very comfortable, and we found someone’s medication on the floor in the bunk bed room.

Sherri Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have been planning to replace the bunk bed mattress. The location is so close to restaurants grocery stores etc. Place department is one block away. Residents are primarily older people. Thank you for staying with us

Why they chose this property

Sit Back and Relax is only a few miles away from all the well known attractions such as Dollywood, Soaky Mountain, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. You will love a grocery store being just two blocks away and several restaurants within 1 - 2 miles of the home. When you are in the home you will enoy the comfortable beds. Just outside the Master Bedroom is a peaceful setting on the deck...a nice place for your morning coffee. Every kitchen tool you will need is stored in the kitchen. There is also a highchair. Enjoy complimentary K-cup coffee each morning or the Tazo tea.
