River Rock Retreat


Looking for a home that offers privacy but still allows for gathering in a tranquil setting on the banks of the Willamette? This houses' floorplan puts the master suite away from the other bedrooms. Congregate in the middle with 2 full couches & loveseat where you can relax in front of the entertainment center with electric fireplace. Spacious dining area, compact but well-appointed kitchen. Two full bathrooms. A patio with both a Traeger and charcoal barbecue. 3Rs' has it all and more.
**This home accommodates 6 but if you are looking for a romantic getaway for one or two couples send me a request and I'll send you a special offer on the nightly rates.**
Patio has quality outdoor furniture that seats 8 and an extra table for your buffet needs. Watch the osprey, herons, eagles, otters and the large beaver that live close by. Have to work why vacationing? Enjoy the dual Dell monitors' with docking station on the large antique walnut desk in the master bedroom. Toshiba TV in Master with Firestick and Samsung Smart TV in living room. This home sits on one of the most beautiful spots of the Middle Fork. The Big Rock empties into a cascade of rapids, watch the rafters float by and fly fisherman cast away.

Great Stay River Rock

The house was clean, well kept, and the owner provided several thoughtful touches. The house sits on a beautiful spot on the river and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. Looking forward to our next visit to Oakridge and this property!

Comfortable and peaceful

Excellent property and host. This is also the only place I’ve ever stayed in Oak Ridge where I was not woken up by the train multiple times per night. The backyard and patio are amazing!

Amazing stay. House was equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi and great tv streaming choices. BedroomsWe’re comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Backyard was amazing. Blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries available. Easy access to river for a soak. Comfortable hairs to relax and enjoy the river flowing by. Super relaxing. Easy walk to restaurants.

Amazing back yard!

Came to Oakridge to ride mountain bikes. Loved the proximity to town, backing up to the river, and the backyard with raspberries, peas, blueberries and strawberries. Great place for a post-ride beverage, nap, or just watching birds over the river.

Lovely Home & Host!

Judith was excellent, and the home was wonderful! It was an extremely comfy and clean home with a beautiful backyard. We loved the backyard! The river runs right along it, and there are blueberries and raspberries to pick. The beds are very comfy, and there are nice sheets and towels. Everything was just perfect, and Judith was amazing!! We highly recommend her home.

Working vacation

While working an mt. Bike event we decided to Vrbo on the river and super happy we did. Beautiful views with the sounds of the rushing river was very relaxing to come home to after long hot days working. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook at home. We even grilled one night.

Great getaway on the river!

Judy keeps the house in tip-top shape, everything was very clean. The living room is much more wide open than what can be conveyed in pictures which was a pleasant surprise. With the back patio it makes it feel like you have a ton of room for relaxing and entertaining. While we noted the house is getting a little dated; molding, toilets, vanity, showers, doors, etc. everything was very clean and functional. Also, we have to mention the kitchen was in great shape. As were the appliances, not to mention the very updated and good sized flat panel TV’s, they were exceptional. Looking forward to coming back and staying again!

Amazing House

This house and property is amazing and so is the host! Judith was awesome! A unique feature is a garden. You are welcome to use whatever is in the garden at the time of your stay. There are blueberries, blackberries and raspberries! The house is fully equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen. The back patio and yard is a pleasant place to sit and listen to the river with an awesome view. The bee hive is interesting to watch and is out of the way behind the little pond. The bees ignored us. It is located close to many attractions and swimming areas. We will keep this place in mind and hope to return some day! Thank you, Judith, for all the care you put into having this be an awesome place to stay!
