Not what it seems

The home is in need of an electrical up date several lights and receptacles didn’t work. The tv in the one bedroom didn’t work dishwasher broken there were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived . Back patio was dirty cigarette butts on the patio with several burn marks in the patio furniture. One of the bedrooms smells like mold. Would not recommend this property.

Great location as advertised

Home was clean and location was great. Right in the middle of old town Scottsdale. Perfect for family and friends. Highly recommended!

The house was spacious enough for four adults and had more than what is needed for a short stay close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Excellent Location

Our stay was short and we were not at the house much so the house worked well for us. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard enjoying the sun between baseball games or enjoying the nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale. Would recommend this house based on the location alone! A few upgrades and general maintenance would make this property an even better find!
