Here's a beautiful relaxing condo with great amenities close to all the fun restaurants and grills within walking distance to beach. Private gated beach access to the best sugar sand shores Panama City beach has to offer. Unit overlooks the tennis court and is just a minute walk to the pool. There's a King bed in one room and a queen over queen bunk in another. There's a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room allowing this condo to sleep 8 comfortably. Come enjoy, you would have a blast!

Great location. Very private and relaxing.

If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of resort style vacations. Tired of waiting for an elevator so you can simply go to beach. Do you want some peace, quiet and privacy?? Then this place is for you!! You park right outside your front door. Go right inside. I’ve stayed at places that have simply exhausted me to just get to the condo. Not here. I walked right in. LOVE IT!!! If you play tennis. Bring your rackets - the court is literally out your back door. You have a quite patio to sit and chill. There is a house so you can house the sand off your stuff after returning from the beach. The small addition made my day!!! There is also a stretch of grass that you can set up a cornhole game. The kitchen was stocked to the gills!! Everything you could want to create meals and dine in. Including wine glasses. The beach is a short walk but more like 10 minutes when you pulling a beach wagon. You could make it a 5 minute walk if it’s a brisk walk 😊😊. But again, it’s a quiet and peaceful walk. This beach at the time of our visit was cleaner (less seaweed) than another beach we visited during our stay. And this beach seemed less crowded. It’s certainly beautiful. My only issue was they had installed an Eco thermostat and we were the first renters after the remodel so the thermostat gave us some issues. Such as turning up the temperature to 82 and then it would take some time to cool down. I like it cool when I sleep so I did get frustrated with that - But the owners are aware of the issue. I would definitely recommend and if we ever venture to PCB again we would stay here.
