Our 2018 acquired, small house by the sea offers sea relaxation.

The Endreihenhaus with garden is located in a small cottage area. The Baltic Sea is only a few steps away. You expect about 80sqm, modern furnishings and with space for 4 people. In front of the house there are two private parking spaces. A mom and pop shop and a restaurant (The Spinnaker) are within walking distance.

The house has a fully renovated shower room on the ground floor, a small, functional kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and a small dishwasher. All necessary kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle and coffee maker are of course also available.

In the living area there is a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, the oven and a modern TV and several Bluetooth speakers.

From the living area you reach the sheltered and south-facing terrace with awning and from there into the beautiful and fully fenced garden with partial sea views.

From the hallway leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two separate bedrooms a guest toilet with sink.

One bedroom has a balcony, which is great for a sundowner. Here you have even from the bed sea view. The second bedroom has a side sea view. Both bedrooms have the best mattresses ever tested (Bodyguard, Fa. BED 1).

A linen package (sheets and towels) is provided for a fee upon request.

There are garden loungers, a barbecue and a hammock in the garden shed.

The natural beach is tax-free and is guarded by the DLRG. 2 dog beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car. Otherwise invites the steep bank for long walks.

For your beach catamaran you are at the beach about 50 m as a boat mooring available.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge (limited to 30 GB per month).

Dogs (up to 15kg) are possible by arrangement.
