Spend unforgettable holiday days in our modern 3-room holiday apartment in Porec, perfect for up to five people. The bright, comfortable semi-detached house on the ground floor offers a private entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the green garden. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a cosy corner sofa and a divan bed. The fully equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle invites you to prepare meals yourself.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and mosquito net, the other with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower, WC and window completes the accommodation. High chair and baby bed are available upon request.



The small, well-maintained bungalow park offers a saltwater pool, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn and playground. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are just a few steps away, while the nearest beach is approximately 2.5 km away.

Super Apartment, jederzeit wieder!

Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darüber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Apartment war sehr geräumig, jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken. Pool war groß genug zum Abkühlen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes Gelände mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm. Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein schien. Nur wenige hundert Meter zum Einkaufszentrum.
