This comfortable cottage in the countryside with playground is comfortably furnished and ideal for a Baltic holiday with baby or a family holiday in the countryside.

Equipment

The ground floor of the house has a large open kitchen with adjoining dining area and the living area with a comfortable corner sofa. The large flat screen TV provides entertainment. The living area is followed by the furnished terrace, where you can relax and watch the children play in the garden. The modern bathroom with washing machine is also located on the ground floor. The bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet and the children's room with 2 single beds and TV are located on the upper floor.

The non-smoking holiday home is located 15 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, making it an ideal base for discovering and relaxing in the countryside. A parking lot is available directly at the house. Wi-Fi is included for all guests. In the yard also live different animals such. B a medium sized dog, peacocks and chickens.

booking

The price is for the occupancy of two to four people including utilities. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. For a rental of 10 nights the room service is included. The settlement of the tourist tax is directly on the beach.

Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 06.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time.

Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.

Tourist tax - The beach access in Groß Schwansee is free of charge

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat einen traumhaften Garten sowie eine Terrasse. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Einkäufe und Unternehmungen ist unsere Ansicht nach jedoch dringend ein Auto erforderlich, da die Ortschaft selbst über wenige Einrichtungen des täglichen Lebens verfügt. Ein schöner Strand ist nach wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Unser Kurzurlaub war außerordentlich angenehm und erholsam. Von Anfang an wurden wir von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und betreut. Sie waren äußerst zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das Haus selbst ist schön. Es wurde frisch renoviert und präsentiert sich in einem einladenden und modernen Zustand. Die Räume sind großzügig gestaltet und bieten ausreichend Platz für Entspannung und Erholung. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und wohnlich, wodurch man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail, die in jeder Ecke des Hauses sichtbar ist. Die Gastgeber haben großen Wert darauf gelegt, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Von der komfortablen Ausstattung bis hin zu den kleinen Annehmlichkeiten war alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir können dieses Domizil und seine wunderbaren Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus und toller Garten

Schönes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und guter Zimmeraufteilung. Der große Garten und der Spielplatz sind super für die Kinder. Kalkhorst ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge ins Umland. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Haus direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man im Schlafzimmer Straßenlärm, der sich aber in Grenzen hält. Der Kontakt zur freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut und Fragen wurden kurzfristig beantwortet.

Einziehen und Wohlfühlen.

Wir haben und in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Den kleinen Konsum in der Straße haben wir leider zu spät entdeckt aber sehr praktisch für das nötigste. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege nochmal herzlich für die schönen Tage in Kalkhorst.

Erholsame Ferien etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen an der Ostsee in Kalkhorst verbracht, etwas abseits vom Touristentrubel und ein super Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Grundstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt viel Platz, einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Stellplatz fürs Auto, eine gemütliche Terasse und sigar ein paar Tiere. Die Kinder der vermietenden Familie haben gern mit unserem kleinen Mädchen gespielt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine ist auch super.

Tolle Familienunterkunft, Wohlfühlfaktor!

Supernette Vermieter-Familie - vom Check in bis Check out alles sehr freundlich & entspannt. Tolle liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit viel Platz, mit weitläufigem Garten, Trampolin, Spielplatz, Teich (Zaun gesichert), Kirschbaum mit Pflück- Flat und stolzer Pfauenfamilie...;) Danke auch explizit an Lui als unser Spielkamerad der Kinder, & "local guide" - zusammen haben wir tolle Wasserspielplätze unsicher gemacht und viel Spaß beim Fußball gehabt ;) Kurzum, wir kommen wieder!!!
