"On the waterway"

The apartment is located in a newly built house on Lake Malchower and has its own entrance.
It is located close to the center (only a few minutes' walk to the city harbor) in a quiet "waterway" (i.e. public path to the lake)
The 44 square meter apartment is at ground level and equipped for 2-3 people. The living / dining area is separated from the sleeping area by a room divider.
A continuous glass front allows a view of the lake and the monastery church.
A large covered terrace (18 m²) with wooden floor and a paved outdoor area (33 m²) are available for sole use.
The private boat / bathing jetty is only a few steps away.
The kitchen is separated, has a window door and is furnished with a kitchenette. The bathroom with shower has daylight windows.
The entire apartment has natural slate - flooring and underfloor heating.
