The Space:
This unit is the back of the duplex, it has its own entrance and private gated backyard. Enjoy an open living space and 2 bedrooms and newly refurbished bathrooms. The home is convenient to Austin attractions. About 10 minutes to Rainey St by car. Easy airport access. Restaurants, grocery, convenience stores, and shopping all in close proximity.

Guest Access:
This is Unit B of the home. You will have access to the backyard and deck. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a neighborhood with mostly families. Noise levels must be kept down after 10pm.

Other Things to Note:
Great detail has been put into making the house comfortable and inviting for guests, and we ask that you respect the space. If something breaks, let us know so we can fix it.

Pets allowed with fee. Not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your animals.
