About this property

On the island of Bra?, above the picturesque village of Pu?i??a, you will find this new vacation home with pool. It is located on a spacious estate of about 10,000 m², from which there is a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The island is widely known for its high quality limestone, which has been quarried since ancient times. The fenced and well-maintained property is located in a quiet area, far from the noise of the city and it is surrounded by olive groves. Cozy comfort is offered inside. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a living room with exit to the covered terrace with fireplace. On the second floor are two bedrooms (sloping roof to about 160 cm). Bedroom No. 3 has its own bathroom and is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The refreshing pool, sunbathing area and outdoor shower are suitable for comfort and relaxation, while badminton and two bicycles provide additional fun on vacation. Access for the last 500 m a gravel road.
