If you are looking for a spacious and cozy lake house with modern amenities and easy access to the water, look no further!

This home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and 2.5 bathrooms, plus a double futon in the upstairs bedroom for extra guests and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a separate ice maker. You can enjoy the views of the lake from the large wrap-around deck, where you can also grill your favorite foods with propane or charcoal.
The home has 3 big TV's and games to keep you entertained indoors. You will love the convenience of being just a half block away from the boat launch and having plenty of parking space for your vehicles and trailers. The garage is also available for your use.

This lake house is the perfect place to relax and have fun with your family and friends!

Located 11 minutes from Prairie Creek Marina and Golf Course. Check out the great food and entertainment in Downtown Rogers, located about 15 minutes away from the home.

Great vacation home

This house was clean and well stocked with the comforts that make it truly a vacation. We loved the easy lake access and that we could park our boat behind the house.Also it was the perfect distance from Roger’s. All in all we will be back. Thank you.

Perfect lake house

The house was very clean, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. If you are bringing a boat there is a gravel drive in the back of the house to park it which is perfect. My kids loved the fact that Disney plus was available on the TV. I also loved the fact the home had a washer and dryer. The master bathroom had motion sensor lights in under the vanity which is perfect for the night.

Great space

Great house just wish it was on the other side of the lake! Lake was overfull so couldn’t put in at the community dock no way to get under the bridge with the boat. Not the homeowner’s fault by any means. Just wish it was on the other side bc it’s truly a really lovely home!

Very nice. We loved having our own ice maker.loved having a boat ramp close but couldn’t use much. Lake was too high couldn’t get under bridge!!!
