Even dishwasher! Grand piano! Great kitchen and seating bar for 6. Dining room. Living room with stereo and tv and Wi-Fi. Small Campo and Parcel has 5 lots. Plenty of room for vehicles, driveway and garage bay. Palapa. Additional Casita (3-4 people) available for $125/night. See link for Casita.

Great house on the beach

Had a great stay here, it is far enough away from town that you feel like your getting away from everything but close enough that if you need something it's not a bad trip. The property was very well kept and overall a very nice play to stay.

Beach getaway

Steve and Laura’s house was perfect: right on a gorgeous beach, quiet and equipped with everything you could need. We took long walks on the beach with our dogs, used the stand up paddle boards, cooked local shrimp in the well equipped kitchen, and generally chilled. Perfect, can’t recommend enough!!

Paradise is San Felipe

We went down after Christmas to recharge - perfect place to do this. This little gem of a home is right on the beach and off grid (solar and potable water)It has all the comforts needed for a peaceful get away from the rat race. Started each day with an amazing sunrise and paddleboard. Just bring your groceries - town is about 30 minutes.We loved this place and will return!!!

Awesome location

Just my wife and I stayed and we loved it. Quiet location with lots of wide open beach. Pelican flying by all day long. Saw some whales migrating also. Place was fully stocked with anything we needed. We had an emergency break down with our vehicle and Stephen was very accommodating while we worked it out. Local restaurants close by also in Delicias and Percebu and the hot springs are a short drive south. Giant Saguaros, petrified forests and the valley of the dolls are nearby also. Very relaxing location. Would stay here again.
